Important Policy Notice
We kindly request you to go through our policies carefully or the mutual convenience of both sides:
- Your appointments are precious to us. They are reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- A deposit has to be made in advance for any appointment made by a group of 8 or more people for any parties.
- No refunds in any code. As soon as you have paid and walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided.
- We will NOT be responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
- If you are coming with kids, we kindly request you to take care of them.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- If you have diabetes, please inform us before getting services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
